Tomer Malki, our CEO and contractor, is a self-made success story in the construction industry. With humble beginnings, Tomer began building houses as a teenager and worked his way up through sheer determination. He has a natural gift for design and comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of home building and renovation. What truly sets Tomer apart is his unwavering positivity—no matter the challenge, he remains calm, focused, and solution-oriented, serving as an inspiration to those who know him.
Tom Nields – Project Management Lead
Our project management team is headed by Tom Nields, an expert with over 30 years of experience overseeing and managing all aspects of a wide array of projects. Tom is a Los Angeles native, a husband, and a father of three. He enjoys surfing and building things himself in his spare time. He splits his time between working closely with our clients and team to create a holistic plan that meets individual budgetary and time requirements, and being on-site nearly every day to ensure ITM Construction delivers on that plan
